First let me say that some of our answers here may sound just like every other site's answers. The right answers usually do sound the same. 


     When will I get my rope and when and how will you charge me?
Our custom made ropes take about 7-10 business days to create and finish. If it will take longer to process your order, we will contact you. We will not ship out a rope before it is ready for your use. You will not be charged until we’re actually shipping your order. (Large custom orders may require a deposit)
     Where does your raw rope come from?
Smokin’ Ropes does not use a raw rope in our production process. Our ropes start out as nearly a half mile of fine combed fiber which is then dyed and conditioned at several stages along it’s journey to becoming a rope.
     How strong is a Smokin' Rope?
Hemp has a long history of being amazingly strong and durable. However there is no official load rating for hemp. Conditioning, frequent usage, and how often you clean your ropes will determine the life of the product. All rope play is dangerous. Your experience and judgment are your best guides when working with rope.
    What about allergies, custom lengths, or special colors?
Smokin’ Ropes will make every effort to produce the product of your dreams. We will do custom dye lots, find alternate materials, seek out blends that work for you and extend our working length as needed. When there are limitations that we cannot overcome we will tell you and make our best recommendations for getting your needs met.
